Meet Jess
I believe that sometimes the biggest shifts in life begin when we’re willing to pause, get honest with ourselves, and choose a new direction. My approach to coaching is warm, honest, and grounded in real life. I’m here to help you gain clarity, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with intention-without pretending you have to have it all figured out.
I know what it feels like to be in a season of change and wonder, “What now”? I’ve experienced the uncertainty of starting over, the challenge of finding yourself again, and the courage it takes to create a life that feels more aligned with who you are today.
My own journey is a big part of why I became a life coach. I believe we do not have to have all the answers before we begin. Sometimes we simply need someone who will listen without judgement, ask the right questions, and help us see what we may not be able to see on our own.
For much of my life, I’ve been the person taking care of everyone else. I was married for 23 years and am a single mom of six, so so much of my identity was wrapped up in being a wife, a mother, and taking care of the people I loved. When that chapter of my life came to an end, I found myself having to completely start over. After spending 25 years working in the same place, I was suddenly stepping into a new season without the career, relationship, or familiar life I had known for so long. I know what it feels like to be at the bottom, feeling lost, alone, and scared, and to wonder what comes next. I also know what it feels like to go within and realize that somewhere along the way, I had lost sight of who Jess really was.
There were moments when I had to make incredibly difficult and scary decisions while choosing to keep my strength, my Faith, and my hope at the forefront. There were a lot of Prayers, a lot of trusting, and a lot of reminding myself that I didn’t have to know excatly how everything would unfold-I just had to take the next step. Take the leap of Faith. I had to learn how to trust my journey, rebuild my life, and believe that starting over didn’t mean starting from nothing. It meant creating space to rediscover myself and decide who I wanted to become. That journey is a big part of why I became a coach: because I know firsthand how powerful it can be to have someone help you slow down, get honest with yourself, reconnect with who you are, and find the courage to move forward.
Trained to Coach. Grounded in Real Life.
I’m a Certified Life Coach through the Jay Shetty Certification School, where I received professional training in coaching skills, mindset, self-awareness, and meaningful personal growth.
My certification gave me the tools and framework to support others through change, while my own life has taught me the importance of compassion, honesty, resilience, and truly listening to what’s happening beneath the surface.
I believe coaching is not about telling you what to do. It’s about creating space where you can slow down, reflect, gain clarity, reconnect with yourself, and discover the next step that feels right for you.
